Membership Conversion Review

This report includes ACTIVE, INACTIVE, and RESIGNED profiles from the Cognito Forms ACMG My Profile form. Each profile entry is parsed and then converted to the equivalent Wicket Membership representation. Two types of problems are highlighted in this report:

1. Parse Errors: When profile data is known to be unsuitable for the conversion process it is flagged with explicit parse errors. These are usually data quality problems.
2. Conversion Errors: A successfully parsed profile that fails the conversion indicates a shortcoming in the conversion logic or a yet-to-be-defined data problem which should have been caught in the parsing step.

NOTE: Absence of parsing or conversion error does not necessarily indicate correct conversion. Continued manual review and additional detailed test cases are planned. This is all work in progress.

REPORTING: If you find profile conversions that you want to flag for review, questions, or further testing, note the Cognito URL via the link for the Row # and report it here. ( Note that if someone has already flagged that profile for review, the form will not accept the link to the Cognito My Profile Form. )

The intended goal of this work is:

• There will be no parsing or conversion problems for any current member profiles (ACTIVE or INACTIVE)
• Multiple sets of eyes will have manually reviewed many, many conversion outputs and contributed to capturing formal test cases
